Watch has been found guilty of breaching Ofcom regulations over a Derren Brown programme.
Something Wicked This Way Comes was broadcast at 9.10am on December 6 and received five complaints over the illusionist swearing and a stunt involving a plastic bag and walking on broken glass.
A 14-minute segment of the show saw Brown place a plastic bag over his head to restrict the air supply to his brain, before removing the bag and walking over broken glass to demonstrate how the human body wouldn't bleed in the situation.
UKTV confirmed that the programme was broadcast in error and "fully acknowledged that the programme was unsuitable for a pre-watershed audience". It added that it was aware of the incident before being contacted by Ofcom, with an internal investigation revealing that the broadcast was a result of "human error".
